Adult Psychiatry:
Acute and continuing care for schizophrenia and mood disorders. Therapeutic services for somatisation and personality disorders/ Dementia / Alzimers.

Child Psychiatry:
Assessment and management of mental retardation, Services for those with specific learning disabilities, emotional disorders, school refusal, conduct disorder, ADHD.

Family Therapy:
Structured therapeutic programs for families with interpersonal & adjustment difficulties.

Marital Therapy:
Therapeutic interventions for martial conflicts.

Psychotherapy:
Counseling and brief psychotherapeutic interventions fqr clients with distress.

Psychological Assessment:
Psycho-diagnostic assessment of adults and children. Specialized neuropsychological assessments for those with cognitive deficits

Child Guidance Clinic:
All paediatric cases that come directly to the department or are referred to us, are seen at the child guidance clinic.

HIV Counselling:
All post- test positive cases are counseled in the department on all OPD days. The service continues during the follow up phase also. The department is involved in conducting awareness programs on HIV/AIDS in schools and colleges.
